Who we are

B3D (Birda 3D) is a small Australian 3D-printing shop. We design and print custom name tags, keyrings and custom 3D prints to order.

You design your tag on this website and see a 3D preview before you order. Colours on screen are a close guide — real filament can look a little different.
Every item is made to order, just for you.
Custom 3D prints: you upload a file or describe your idea, we send you a price, and nothing is made or charged until you accept it. By uploading, you confirm you own the design or have permission to print it. We can decline any request (for example, trademarked characters or anything unsafe).
Prices are in AUD and are shown before you order. Usually ready in 3–5 days.

By card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
By PayID to 13b@revolut.me, using your order number as the reference.
We start printing once payment arrives. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

Free pickup — we’ll message you the address and a time once it’s ready. Or $8 flat-rate tracked postage anywhere in Australia.

We’ll email you when it’s posted (with tracking) or ready to collect.

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
If something arrives faulty or damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll reprint it free or give you a full refund — your choice.
Cancelled before we start printing? We’ll refund you in full.
Refunds go back to how you paid (card refunds usually show in 5–10 business days).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

We collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, email, phone (if you give it), postal address (for postage), your design and order details, and any photos or files you send us.
We use it only to make, deliver and support your order, and to email you about it (receipt, payment, printing and delivery updates). We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.
It’s shared only with services that help us run the shop: Stripe (card payments), Resend (sending our emails), Australia Post (when we post your order).
If you send a photo of your tag and tick “OK to share”, we may show it on this website or our socials. Ask us any time and we’ll take it down.
Our visitor counts don’t use cookies or track you across other websites.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time — email orders@b3d.au.
